Alshahir Credit, in collaboration with banks, will issue Advance Payment Guarantees (APGs) to enable contractors to obtain mobilization funds from procurement entities. Contractors will gain access to these funds through a Tripartite collateral arrangement involving Alshahir Credit, its partner banks, and insurance companies.
